Fruit Salad Ice Pops

A Delicious, Healthy Snack Or Dessert That You Can Make For Your Date Before Noon!

Ingredients

  • 1 peach, cut into 1/2-inch slices (1/2 cup)
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 3 ounces blueberries (1/2 cup)
  • 4 ounces strawberries, hulled and halved ( 3/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups 100 percent white-grape juice

Directions

  1. Put some of every kind of fruit in each of your popsicle molds, and try to pack the fruit in pretty tightly in order to help give the popsicle stick enough support to be able to stand up in when you're done.  Then, simply pour your juice into every mold to cover the fruit.  Place the popsicle stick in the center of each mold and freeze for approx. 6 hours, and it will keep for up to 2 weeks.  Voila!  You've just impressed your partner (again.)  You're good!
